Easily Portable Aluminum Alloy Davits for facade access system are light in weight but strong in capacity. Davits can be mounted on the Parapet brackets with locking shaft at various points and levels around perimeter of the building for facade cleaning. Easily transferred from one location to another by two window cleaners, they can be re-erected in matter of seconds. Pair of Davits are capable of carrying weight of Cradle plus 180 kg, which is two persons weighing 80 kg each plus 20 kg additional load

Compact portable roof rig for spiderman cleaning

Easily Portable and dismantlable Roof Rig Equipment is used in facade access system for spider man facade cleaning by travelling it to any flat corner space of the terrace. Full frame of the Rigs are Fabricated with Mild steel and Galvanized for environmental rust protection. Bottom frame is fabricated and attached to Nylon wheel and counterweight for better stability. Front Beam is provided with Spider man Rope Anchoring Point. Standard height is 1500 mm. But can be suited as per Terrace Parapet height.

Parapet Mounted JIB

Easily erected by pushing them in top and bottom stud supports permanently fixed on the parapet walls. Provided with Safety harness Anchoring Point. Dimension from Anchorage of Cradle to Center Point of frame should not exceed 1500 mm for manual winches or 1450 mm for power winches.

Two man power cradle (Standard Cradle)

Two Man Power cradle is suitable for facade access system with capacity to carry two persons for facade cleaning in the vertical drop as well as in the direction along building facade. The Traction winches in the cradle is powered to climb safe working load of 180kg which constitutes weight of 2 person for carrying out the facade cleaning activity along with their cleaning tools.
Cradle can be parked at ground level as well as on terrace with proper facade access system.

Solo Chair

The Solo chair is designed for facade access system wherein the ergonomic of the Solo facade cleaning operator is considered to clean with ease and efficiently the long drop of the building facade while seating on the chair . The solo chair is provided with buckets mounting attachments. Safe Working Load is 100 Kg. with motorized traction winch.

Monorail

MONORAIL is an Aluminum Alloy Track which offer excellent access solution to many complex building facades with Aesthetics. MONORAIL is fixed to the facade of the building with the help of Hot Dip Galvanized Brackets.
Traversing roller is mounted on the track for carrying Two Man Power Cradles making it compatible for traveling along the facade of the building for facade cleaning in horizontal as well as for vertical drop simultaneously. This system can be installed as soffit mounting or face mounting system.

Building Maintenance Unit

The Trolley will be mounted on hot dip galvanized steel twin horizontal I-Beam or H-Beam tracks mounted on concrete pedestals or steel supports which are connected to building structure. The power required for these motors will be 3Phase, 440V, 50Hz AC power supply.

The frequency of pedestals is dependent on trolley size, load carrying capacity & track gauge. Complete trolley is fabricated from MS pipes & plates sections & is fully welded in construction. The trolley is designed as per En1808-1998. All the drive motors & slew motors shall have independent brake unit inbuilt in geared motor.
